Parish is the recipient of the Emerging Dancer, International Award, Positano Premia la Danza Léonide Massine; the Best Young Male Dancer, Taglioni European Ballet Award in Berlin and a Critics' Circle National Dance Award for Outstanding Male Performance (Classical) in the title role of Apollo for the Mariinsky Ballet.

Xander Parish was promoted to First Soloist with the Mariinsky Ballet on 17 January 2016.
