Opéra national de Paris will be auditioning for corps de ballet dancers, both permanent and temporary posts, on 5 July 2013 at the Palias Garnier in Paris. The audition is open to both women and men aged from 16 to 26 years old. Details concerning the progress of the audition will be given one month beforehand. Béjart Ballet Lausanne is looking for 2 male soloists with strong classical and contemporary technique for the 2013-14 season. The Royal Ballet School, London, is seeking a full-time Ballet Teacher with a past professional performing career ideally with knowledge of the Royal Ballet Company’s repertoire to teach the Schools System of Training to male students aged 16 to 19 from September 2013. The selected candidate will also be required to assist with other dance and performance-related activities and to work during the annual Summer School and other scheduled events and workshops throughout the year. This is a full-time role of up to 40 hours per week with a teaching a timetable spread over 5 days a week and Saturday mornings on a rota basis. Salary £44,652 per annum. London Contemporary Dance School at The Place seeks to appoint: Lecturers in Dance. Specialising in Contemporary or Ballet and contributing to other areas of curriculum and student experience. The successful candidates will teach Contemporary or Ballet technique and complimentary classes. They will contribute to the Conservatoire level undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Candidates should possess the ability to communicate and facilitate learning in others alongside an in depth knowledge of dance, its techniques and language. Contract - One year fixed term. T.r.a.s.h. are looking for experienced and physical strong dancers - male and female. Jazzical Ballet Co. is a new entertainment company looking for motivated male and female dancers to join the company. Applicants will need to be able to pick up choreography very quickly and have a very secure classical technique and partnering skills. Jazz and contemporary skills will also be a bonus.
